A: The food you put into your body has a huge impact on your energy level. On this program, you will learn which foods are draining your energy and which ones will increase your energy.

Q: Will I be able to feed the rest of my family with these recipes, and while doing this cleanse?

blueberry_crispA: Yes! These dishes can be enjoyed by everyone, and can easily be added to, depending on your family’s needs. Some recipes that will be included are lettuce wraps, spring rolls, burrito bowls, vegetable rice dishs, spinach blueberry salad, dairy-free chocolate milkshake… Sounds great, right?! These are nutrient dense whole food recipes that nourish and nurture the body, instead of depleting it as other foods do. You will feel energized and satisfied by the foods you’ll be eating on this cleanse.

Q: Will I have to take supplements ?

A: If you’ve ever taken a synthetic energy supplement, you may know the jitteriness, inability to concentrate and energy crash that can follow. The spring clean-up uses whole foods, and you will be able to pick and choose which foods and recipes you want to eat.

We will talk about supplements, but before taking anything, we’ll discuss why and how you should incorporate natural supplements into your diet. You will experience amazing results even if you choose not to take any supplements.

We will also introduce you to foods and food combinations that will naturally increase energy throughout the day.

Q: What if I don’t have the energy to make the recipes?
